Professional CV

Most CVs are turned down before anybody reads them properly — too long, too crowded, or missing the one thing the employer was looking for. We sit down with your details and turn them into a clear, honest, well-organised CV you can send to any employer in the country.

R100 once-off. For R200 we will also arrange certification of up to 10 pages of your supporting documents at the same time.

What is included

You get

  • A conversation about your work history, your training and the kind of job you are going for.
  • A professionally written and formatted CV, usually two pages, in the style South African employers expect.
  • A short personal profile at the top that says who you are and what you can do.
  • Your work history written as achievements, not just job titles and dates.
  • Education, qualifications, certificates, licences and skills laid out so they are easy to find.
  • Contactable references, listed properly with their permission.
  • One round of changes after you have read it, at no extra cost.
  • The finished CV attached to your case as a PDF, so you can download it again any time from your account.

Not included

  • Certification of your documents — that is part of the R200 option, or order it separately.
  • Submitting applications on your behalf — see job application assistance.
  • Any guarantee of an interview or a job. No honest service can promise that.

What we need from you

  • Your South African ID number and your contact details.
  • Your work history: where you worked, what you did, and roughly when.
  • Your qualifications and certificates, and any licences such as a driver’s licence or a PDP.
  • The names and contact numbers of two references who have agreed to be contacted.
  • If you have an older CV, send it — it saves time even if it needs a full rewrite.

You can upload PDF, JPG or PNG files of up to 10 MB each straight onto your case, or bring the originals to us and we will upload them for you.

Payment
EFT or in person. Your order reference is how we match it to you.
Turnaround
A first draft usually within two to three working days of the payment being confirmed. Rush work depends on our queue — ask us before you order if the date matters.
Where it lives
Every job is a case with its own number, visible in your account from start to finish.

What happens after you order

    You place the order

    You get an order reference immediately, and a case number for each service on the order.
  2. 2

    You pay

    By EFT or in person, quoting your order reference so we can match the payment to you.
  3. 3

    We start work

    Once the payment is confirmed your case moves from Awaiting payment to Open, and we begin.
  4. 4

    You collect the result

    Finished work is attached to your case, so you can download it from your account whenever you need it again.

The R200 option and certification

Moola Services does not certify documents itself. On the R200 option, our fee covers administration and logistics only — copies, printing, scanning, transport, courier and admin — so that the certification is done by a commissioner of oaths or another person authorised under South African law. It is not a government or statutory fee. More about certification.

Honest work only

We will write your CV well, but we will not write it untruthfully. We do not invent qualifications, employers or dates. A CV that falls apart at the interview costs you far more than it saves.
