Scan & Email is charged per page and Know Your Rights per hour, so you choose the quantity at checkout and the total is worked out for you before you commit. Everything else is a single fixed price.
How you pay
Place your order on the website and you get an order reference straight away. Your order sits as Awaiting payment until we confirm the money has arrived.
- Pay by EFT, or in person.
- Always quote your order reference. It is how we match your payment to your work.
- We do not publish banking details on this website. You will be given them directly when you order.
- Work begins once the payment is confirmed, and your case moves to Open.
There is no card payment and no debit order in this version of the site. Nothing is ever taken from your account automatically.
Refunds
Once work has commenced or a service has been rendered, our fees are not refundable, subject to South African law. This does not take away any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act. If we cannot deliver a service at all, you get your money back. Read the Terms and Conditions.
Certification fees are not statutory fees
Moola Services does not certify documents itself. Our certification price covers administration and logistics only — copies, printing, scanning, transport, courier and admin. More about certification.
Working out what you will pay
Two worked examples, so there is no guessing:
- A Professional CV at R100 plus three pages scanned and e-mailed at R5 a page comes to R115.
- A Professional CV with Certified Copies at R200 plus a Job & Legal Smart membership at R50 for the first month comes to R250.
The basket adds it up for you before you place the order, and the total on your confirmation is the total you pay.
