You choose the number of hours at checkout, up to 8 on one order.
Prices shown include everything described on this page. Nothing is added at checkout, and there is no joining fee. From R500.
What is included
You get
- A full hour, one to one, in person or on the phone — whichever suits you.
- Time to go through your documents properly instead of skimming them.
- A plain-language explanation of the rights that apply to your situation.
- The deadlines that apply to you, written down. In employment matters these are often very short.
- A written summary of what we discussed and what you agreed to do, kept on your case.
- An honest answer about whether you need a lawyer — and if you do, we will say so.
Not included
- Legal representation. We do not act for you and we do not appear for you.
- Drafting or filing papers for a court, the CCMA or any tribunal.
- An opinion from an admitted attorney or advocate.
- Any guarantee about how your matter turns out.
What we need from you
- Every document that touches the matter: contract, payslips, letters, messages, notes.
- A timeline of what happened and when, even a rough one written on a page.
- The names of the people involved and their roles.
- What you would like to happen, so we can tell you honestly whether it is realistic.
You can upload PDF, JPG or PNG files of up to 10 MB each straight onto your case, or bring the originals to us and we will upload them for you.
- Payment
- EFT or in person. Your order reference is how we match it to you.
- Turnaround
- We book your hour once payment is confirmed, usually within a few working days. Tell us if a deadline is close and we will do our best to move you up.
- Where it lives
- Every job is a case with its own number, visible in your account from start to finish.
What happens after you order

You get an order reference immediately, and a case number for each service on the order. - 2
You pay
By EFT or in person, quoting your order reference so we can match the payment to you. - 3
We start work
Once the payment is confirmed your case moves from Awaiting payment to Open, and we begin. - 4
You collect the result
Finished work is attached to your case, so you can download it from your account whenever you need it again.

Where you need a lawyer we will tell you plainly, and we may refer you to an independent lawyer or other legal professional. Moola Services takes no part in, no commission from and no benefit from their fees, and a referral is not an endorsement or a guarantee. The choice of who to use is always yours. A membership covers queries about the law. It does not include consultations, and it does not cover the fees of any independent lawyer or legal professional.
