Our prices start at R5. If a service cannot be priced so that an ordinary person can afford it, we would rather not offer it.

If you need a dictionary to understand our answer, we have not done our job. No jargon, no Latin, no hiding behind long words.
Honest about our limits
We are not a law firm and we do not certify documents ourselves. We say so on every page where it matters, not in small print.
Your paperwork is yours
Your ID number is stored encrypted, your documents are kept out of the public web directory, and we never sell anything about you.
Two halves of the same problem
The first half is getting work. That is the CV, the certified copies, the scanning and sending, the applications that actually reach a human being.
The second half is keeping it, and being treated fairly while you do. That is where protect yourself, know your rights comes in — knowing what your contract really says, what a fair process looks like, and what to do when something is wrong.
Most people we see have been told to “get a lawyer” and have no way to pay for one. We cannot be their lawyer. What we can do is explain the law in ordinary words, for R60, or R30 a month for as many questions as they have.
How we work
- Every job becomes a case with its own number, so nothing gets lost between people.
- You see the status of your case at every stage, from Awaiting payment to Completed.
- Finished work is attached to your case, so you can download it again months later.
- One price per service, agreed before we start. We do not add to it afterwards.
- We tell you when the answer is no, or when you need somebody we are not.
We are not a law firm
Moola Services is not a law firm and our staff are not lawyers. We give general information about the law, not legal representation. Where a matter needs a lawyer we will say so, and we may refer you to an independent one — we take no part in, no commission from and no benefit from their fees, and a referral is not an endorsement or a guarantee. We do not certify documents ourselves
Certification is done by a commissioner of oaths or another person authorised under South African law. Our fee covers administration and logistics only. How certification works.
Your information, handled carefully
We ask for a South African ID number because it is the one thing that identifies you uniquely for certification and for job applications, and it stops two accounts being created for the same person. We do not ask for anything we do not need.
- Your ID number is stored encrypted. Staff see only the last four digits.
- Your password is stored as a one-way hash and cannot be read back by anybody, including us.
- Uploaded documents are stored outside the public web directory and are served only to you or to authorised staff, through a link that checks who is asking.
- An e-mail address is optional. The site works perfectly well without one.
- We never sell your personal information, and we do not share it for marketing.
