Job application assistance

A good CV is only half the job. The other half is getting it in front of the right person, in the format they asked for, before the closing date. We help you find suitable vacancies and submit your applications properly — so your CV actually arrives instead of disappearing.

There is no separate fee for this help. You pay only for the pieces you actually use: R100 for the CV if you need one, and R5 per page for anything we scan and send.

What is included

You get

  • Help finding vacancies that genuinely match your experience, not a list of everything advertised.
  • Checking exactly what each employer has asked for — which documents, which format, which closing date.
  • Making sure your CV and supporting documents are named and laid out the way the employer wants them.
  • Submitting the application by e-mail on your behalf, or walking you through an online portal step by step.
  • A record of each application kept on your case: where it went, when, and what was sent.
  • A reminder of what you are still waiting to hear about.

Not included

  • Any promise of an interview, a shortlisting or a job offer.
  • Paying an application, registration or membership fee on your behalf to a third party.
  • Applying for anything in your name without you seeing and agreeing to it first.

What we need from you

  • A CV. If you do not have one, start with our Professional CV service.
  • The vacancies you want to go for, or a clear idea of the kind of work you are looking for.
  • Your supporting documents: ID, qualifications, certificates and licences.
  • A contact number, and an e-mail address if you have one — most employers reply by e-mail.

You can upload PDF, JPG or PNG files of up to 10 MB each straight onto your case, or bring the originals to us and we will upload them for you.

Payment
EFT or in person. Your order reference is how we match it to you.
Turnaround
We work to the employer’s closing date. Bring us the vacancy as early as you can, and tell us the deadline when you place the order.
Where it lives
Every job is a case with its own number, visible in your account from start to finish.

What happens after you order

    You place the order

    You get an order reference immediately, and a case number for each service on the order.
  2. 2

    You pay

    By EFT or in person, quoting your order reference so we can match the payment to you.
  3. 3

    We start work

    Once the payment is confirmed your case moves from Awaiting payment to Open, and we begin.
  4. 4

    You collect the result

    Finished work is attached to your case, so you can download it from your account whenever you need it again.

Never pay to get a job

A genuine employer or recruiter does not ask you to pay them for a job, for an interview, or for “processing” your application. If somebody asks you for money to be hired, stop and talk to us first. Our fee is for our work on your paperwork, and nothing else.

You see everything before it goes

We will never send an application in your name that you have not seen and agreed to. What we sent, and when, stays on your case so you can check it later.
